“I am delighted with the outcome of our new living & dining room. Amelia took the time to really understand what I wanted but also what I actually needed for the space. The process was really straightforward: after filling in her online brief and uploading my pinterest board, room photos and floor plan with dimensions (very easy, she sent me an example on how to measure the space) we arranged a videocall to go through it all. I was very pleased that we began by identifying the best layout options - she asked me lots of questions about functionality, which I had not even considered. She proposed some really lovely design schemes based on my inspiration and we talked about what I liked and what I didn’t like...it was really inspiring and helpful. After our second call - to agree a layout and design direction - she started designing my room and in 20 days from our first call I had my room design and shopping list ready! I am very happy with the final design and can’t wait to bring it to life! The personal shopping service also makes everything really easy.
