  • You are directed to a trusted payment platform to confirm your booking.

    We’ll reply within 1-2 business day’s with available times for a 60 minute phone or video call and confirm the best designer match for your project.

  • Both. We design remotely across Europe and offer on-site visits for an additional fee, where helpful (Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Brussels and beyond).

  • Typically within 1–2 weeks after the discovery call, depending on scope and designer availability.

  • Photos or a quick video of the space, rough room sizes (or floor plans if you have them), any must-keep items, inspiration images, and an estimated budget range.

  • A short written recap with next steps. If you’d like a proposal, we’ll outline a fixed-price package and timeline tailored to your project.

  • Fixed-price packages for clarity (no surprise fees), plus optional add-ons like 3D visuals, procurement, and on-site support.

  • Yes. We’ll align design scope and product choices to your budget and propose phased plans if needed.

  • No problem, just give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll rearrange your call.
